Each year, MAF serves more than 600 non-profit, local government and mission organizations all over the world with aviation, communications, and learning technology services.
“Alta’s products and avionics expertise will be a great asset to MAF. Their ARINC and MIL-STD-1553 products, in particular their Ethernet ENET-A429 converter and AltaView analyzer product, will provide MAF leading edge capability for our aircraft maintenance. MAF had completed a market survey to find the best avionics products that best serve our remote maintenance requirements and have selected Alta as the leading candidate. To our pleasant surprise, Alta jumped-in to provide these products at no-cost to help further our common goals to assist remote communities have better lives,” says Mat Thomson, of MAF.
“Alta is proud to provide MAF with aviation maintenance equipment and services to further their valuable work. Their operations in Africa, Asia and the Americas provide critical air services directly to remote communities and other outreach organizations. MAF’s historic, charitable legacy dating back to the 1940’s only underscores Alta’s excitement to be part of their future and help further their mission,” states Rick Schuh, CEO of Alta.
